Chief Jérôme Sauton cook behind the stoves for 26 years and his team offers you a authentic cuisine contemporary, inventive and creative which evolves according to Seasons based on fresh produce to assemble a menu with southern accentsand the perfume of the Alpilles (rewarded since 2010 and 2016 by the label and Title of Restorative master).
You can enjoy your meals on our shaded terrace on the village square bent by the murmur of the fountain of the four seasons.

Jérôme Sauton
The Chief Jérôme Sauton originating in Ardèche La Voulte Sur Rhône has since his youngest age always wanted to do this job. he entered a CFA in LIVRON at 16 and completed his apprenticeship at Hotel-Restaurant the Museum. Then swarms and takes experience in houses like The Regalido in Fontvielle for 7 years,Chabichou in Courchevel 1 years and returns to the region Mas de la Chapelle on Arles then another year alongside Chef Michel again at the Regalido. It takes the orders of the stoves of the Hotel-Restaurant L-Oustaloun in 1998 and now for more than 26 years has only grown and improved the quality of the cuisine of the Restaurant by its originality and inventiveness.
